What you’ll do

As a Java expert with Selenium knowledge, the intended purpose of this role would be to understand the current approach of test automation being followed and identify improvement areas, especially in the fields of code structuring and reusability of code to make it more maintainable.

Following the identified improvement areas, general guidelines regarding test coding should be created and presented to the team as well as making sure they are understood and followed by team members.

The candidate is responsible for software test automation design, planning, scripting, and execution.

The individual should be self-motivated, creative, and proactive, to work successfully in a fast-paced environment. The individual will work closely with developers, project manager, client and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC, executing automated test iterations, tracking & reporting test results, troubleshooting and coordinating the bug fixes.

The individual should have a strong understanding of agile processes and the related QA lifecycle and automation methodology.

Who you are

Expertise in PEGA with in-depth knowledge on Clipboard, designer studio, tracer etc. Expert in Core Java Concepts Experience using Selenium in Java context. Good, structured thinking. Must have hands on experience on PEGA Applications. Must have an experience of 6+ years as Functional tester Must have hands on knowledge on Selenium. Must have experience in test suite design, planning, scripting and execution Expertise in Core Java Concepts Excellent analytical skills, able to understand complex software requirements
