Job Title: Brand Growth and Marketing JobDescription: Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic andstrategic Brand Development and Marketing Professional to lead thecreation development and execution of our brand strategy. The idealcandidate will have a proven track record in brand buildingmarketing and communication across diversechannels.1.BrandStrategyDevelopment: Formulate and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned withthe companys vision values and businessobjectives. Conduct market research toidentify brand opportunities target audiences and competitivelandscapes. 2.BrandPositioning andMessaging: Defineand articulate the brand positioning messaging and unique valuepropositions. collateral branding materials digital content andpresentations. Ensure consistent brandmessaging across all marketing and communicationchannels.3.MarketingCampaigns: Plan and execute integratedmarketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customerengagement. Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to align campaigns with overall businessgoals. collateral including brochurespresentations and websitecontent.4.PublicRelations and Media Relations &ORM: Build andmaintain relationships with key media outlets influencers andindustry stakeholders. Develop and executePR strategies to enhance brandvisibility.5.BrandGuidelines andCompliance: Developand maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across allbrand touchpoints. Monitor and enforce brandcompliance internally andexternally.6.Collabrationand Cross FunctionalCommunication: Collaborate with internal teams including sales product developmentand customer service to align brand strategies with overallbusiness objectives Communicate effectivelywith external partners agencies andvendors.7.SocialMedia: Develop andimplement social media strategies to enhance brand visibilityengagement and community growth. Create andcurate compelling content for various social media platformsincluding but not limited to Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedInand TikTok. Monitor social media channelsfor trends feedback and opportunities and respond promptly tocomments messages and inquiries. Analyzesocial media metrics and insights to optimize content performanceand inform futurestrategies.8.ManagingMarketing Agencies: Identify onboard and manage external marketing agencies vendors andfreelancers to support brand development and marketinginitiatives. Collaborate with agencies todevelop creative campaigns media plans and marketing assets thatalign with brand guidelines and objectives.Provide clear direction feedback and performance evaluations toensure agency deliverables meet quality standards anddeadlines. Negotiate contracts budgets andterms with marketing agencies to maximize ROI and value for theorganization. Qualification: Bachelors degreein Marketing Business or a related field. Master s degree is aplus. Proven experience (36 years) in branddevelopment marketing or a related role.Strong strategic thinking and analyticalskills. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. Demonstrated abilityto lead and collaborate across teams.Proficiency in digital marketing tools andplatforms. Knowledge of the latest marketingtrends and technologies.
