We have an opportunity of B2B Sales Manager for our Manufacturing Client based at Nairobi, Kenya. B2B Sales Manager - Engineering Services (Kenya) Location: Nairobi Kenya Experience: 2–7 years in B2B Technical Sales The Role : We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Professional to spearhead our sales efforts. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with large industrial clients, construction firms, manufacturing plants, and other relevant sectors. The successful candidate will be the face of the company, driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities : Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets. Business Development: Actively prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the target sectors across Kenya. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client decision-makers (e.g., procurement managers, project managers, engineering heads). Technical Consultation: Understand client engineering requirements and effectively present company's technical capabilities and solutions as a value-add. Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling technical and commercial proposals, managing negotiations and closing complex deals. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments to identify future sales opportunities. Qualifications & Skills Proven B2B Sales Track Record: 2–7 years of demonstrable success in B2B technical sales, preferably within the engineering, construction, manufacturing, or industrial equipment sectors. Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly understand and discuss engineering drawings, project specifications, and technical requirements. An engineering background (B. Tech/B.E.) is highly advantageous. Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences. Self-Motivated & Driven: Highly organized, autonomous, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
