Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and manufacturers by conducting site visits to assess manufacturing process, quality control processes, and budget compliance with company standards.

Brainstorming with internal teams to generate innovative product ideas and concepts
Coordinate field testing and gather data to refine product features.
Regularly update on product development progress and challenges. Share insights gathered from fieldwork to form strategic decisions.
Develop and implement strategies for new product development that align with the company’s vision and goals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree will be preferred.
Highly motivated candidate looking forward to a career in Supply Chain.
Strong communication skills and management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis and fieldwork techniques.
Willingness to travel for fieldwork and manufacturer visits.
