Job Overview


We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to join our team at Wingsbizpro. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our integrated marketing solutions to brands in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and convincing skills
  • Experience in lead generation and understanding of sales processes
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and target potential clients in the assigned territory
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our integrated marketing solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their marketing needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance.
  • Experience with the Dealers and Distributor.
