We are a leading clothing manufacturing company seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage workers, and ensure timely production with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor production activities on the shop floor.
  • Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved.
  • Allocate tasks to workers and provide necessary guidance.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor use of raw materials and reduce wastage.
  • Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and other departments.
  • Prepare daily production reports and update management.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (or relevant field).
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor (manufacturing industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality standards.
  • Ability to solve problems and handle pressure.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
