Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (or relevant field).
- 2–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor (manufacturing industry preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality standards.
- Ability to solve problems and handle pressure.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
