Key Responsibilities:  


Social Media Management: 


∙Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement. 

∙Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, 

Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. 

∙Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand 

voice and marketing goals. 

∙Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community 

engagement. 


Digital Marketing and SEO: 


∙Conduct keyword research to guide content creation and optimize existing content. 

∙Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings. 

∙Analyze website analytics to track SEO performance and identify opportunities for improvement. 

∙Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices. 


Google Ads and Meta Ads Management: 


∙Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns. 

∙Perform keyword and audience research to target the right demographics. 

∙Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments to maximize ROI. 

∙Develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to support campaign objectives. 


Content Creation: 

 

∙Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and company initiatives. 

∙Create high-quality, original content for social media platforms. 

∙Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing multimedia content. 

∙Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, and optimized for SEO. 


Qualifications:  


∙Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 

∙Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role in digital marketing. 

∙Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing concepts, SEO, and paid 

advertising (Google Ads and Meta Ads). 

∙Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

∙Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads 

Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and social media management platforms. 

∙Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. 

∙Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

∙Experience with email marketing and CRM software. 

∙Basic graphic design skills (e.g., using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite). 

∙Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management. 

∙Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. 

∙Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. 

∙Strong organizational and time-management skills. 

∙Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 


Salary- 20-23k (4Hours)
