Truemeds is looking to hire a highly driven, motivated and experienced Key Account Manager for

OTC, with a strong bias for action & keen work ethic. The Individual will play a pivotal role in shaping product portfolio, driving growth, and ensuring success for the OTC segment.


What you’ll do


  • Contribute to shaping the overarching category roadmap and vision. Responsible for meeting

revenue and gross margin targets.

  • Proven track record in defining the optimal assortment, stock planning responsibly, driving

pricing decisions for P&L efficiencies whilst maintaining competitiveness, sourcing new brand

partnerships and executing product launches.

  • Collaborate with brands to secure marketing investments and ensure the flawless execution

of campaigns.

  • Prioritize customer experience by meticulously curating assortments, implementing effective

in-app merchandising, enhancing product content, and crafting seamless consumer journeys

across multiple channels, informed by a deep understanding of the category and customer

base.

  • Cultivate enduring relationships with distributors and brands to identify and address gaps,

enhance consumer engagement through innovative campaigns and initiatives.

  • Keep abreast of regional competitors and global business trends, analysing critical information

and driving category innovation accordingly.


We would love to chat if you have / are:


  • 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare/ pharmaceutical/ F&B/ ECommerce or

QCommerce with P&L management.

  • Strong bias for action & keenness to learn.

Entrepreneurial in spirit, with a zeal to take ownership and get things done.
