Principal duties and responsibiliti esDriving business growth through spearheading deliveries of projects and turnover for THE COMPANY’s Life insurance verticalOwn the company’s life insurance targets and ensure deliverables are optimised. Skills / Experience
Mandatory : Exposure to Automation Testing/Testing CoE
Desirable to have worked on Life Asia, Elixir, HP, Graph Talk and Ingenium20 years in the Insurance industry specifically, having worked with large private insurance firmsEntrepreneurial mindsetShould have had adequate experience into pre-sales support, RFP Presentation, Project initiation and monitoringEffective resource Manager- optimal utilisation of human capital so as to ensure that they are effectively deployed and continuously trained- would include recruitment, bench, account management and deliveryShould have a keen eye for cost controlAbility to delegate and get the work done from teamsShould be ready for travel to client sites for kickstarting and troubleshooting projects
