Address and resolve underwriting and servicing issues, ensuring timely responses to queries raised by brokers and corporate clients. Conduct comprehensive portfolio reviews and data-driven analysis; prepare and deliver client presentations with actionable insights and recommend optimal risk management solutions. Manage and monitor IMD payout processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
