Job Description :


- Must have strong technical skills on MS Dynamics 365 and earlier with online & on-premises environment.

- Good Experience of D365 Sales, Service and Power Platform including building Apps

- Hands on experience in C#.Net, Java Script, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit and SSRS

- Experience in Workflows, Plugins, Form Customization and CRM Administration

- Design/develop technical specifications based on business/functional requirements.

- Good team player should have good problem solving and analytical skills.

- ERP Solutions-Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultants working with clients across industries to deliver transformational solutions optimized for their unique business needs.

- To build management solutions of the future that our customers need in the digital age

- Demonstrating creativity to solve complex problems, we transform the way our customers do business and reach them into the future.

- We expect our consultant to be part of our continuous growth of our delivery processes and tools.

- Should able to understand the client's business, modeling their processes into the ERP, to bridge gaps to bring value.

- Manage end to end implementations of D365

- Design the end-to-end solution, providing the best of industry processes while interacting daily with your counterparts.

- Provide deep domain expertise in one or more vertical industries establishing credibility with the customer and/or prospect.

- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the platforms and products.

- Working with implementation partners to ensure a smooth project and go live.

- Working with the internal staff to implement functions and features of D365 as needed including but not limited to workflows, data imports and exports, automation, and optimization opportunities.

- Develop a thorough understanding of the business needs and priorities by developing strong relationships with business owners.

- Design, Configure, implement, and support Dynamics 365 application user security in O365 environment.

- Keep updated on planned service outages and feature releases with Microsoft. Coordinate with the technical team and business stakeholders.
