Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs, sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on both our clients' success and candidates' careers.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Collaborate with clients to gain a deep understanding of their organizational structure, culture, and talent requirements.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and recommendations on recruitment strategies, market trends, and candidate sourcing techniques.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage candidate pipelines and proactively engage with passive candidates to build a robust talent pool.
Recruitment Process Management:
Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates, feedback, and support throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Track key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction, to evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
Generate regular reports and analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist, recruiter, or in a similar role, preferably within a recruitment agency or corporate setting.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with both clients and candidates.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving recruitment targets and delivering high-quality service to clients and candidates.
