Your role

In your role as the Crew architect for WMPCTEch WM Taiwan :-
• Modernize, rationalize, and simplify our technology landscape, application portfolio and surrounding processes
• Lead the technical delivery of a portfolio of products throughout their lifecycle, from early ideas and prototypes to production rollout, incremental improvements, and eventual retirement together with the Crew Technical Lead for CDIO WM Taiwan delivery crew
• Build a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, esp. for technical knowledge sharing, encouraging active participation in our global engineeringmunity and contribution to our technology ecosystem
• Apply a range of agile architecture skills depending on context, from enterprise and business architecture to technical and data architecture
• Work collaboratively to align product and architectural strategy, so that products and services are developed in line with our digital principles and architectural goals
• Work in an agile way as part of multi-disciplinary teams, participating in agile ceremonies and collaborating with engineers, product managers, designers, and others
• Play an active role in consulting with product owners and engineers to help translate OKRs into backlog items and a roadmap that includes architectural improvements
• Stay up to date on architectural tools and practices, and actively participate in guilds, working groups and forums to share knowledge, identify and promote reuse across the organization
• Develops the engineering knowledge andpetency within the stream together with the Crew Technical Lead(s) aligning to the overall technical vision and strategy for the product portfolio
• Enforces group quality standards (non-functional requirements) for resilience, security, scalability, etc., and ensures the stream is maintaining or managing technical risks and controls in apliant way
Additionally , act as the chapter lead for India based team
• Identify and provide opportunity for individuals and teams to learn and experiment with new and emerging architectural patterns and technical practices
•Line manage the team within the location chapter(s), Partner closely with the Crew Technical leads, Crew product leads, Stream architects
Your team
You will be working in Wealth Management APAC Stream supporting Wealth Management business in Asia Pacific.
You will be working with exceptionally talented and passionate technology crew(s) delivering sustainable and fit for future business solutions to Wealth Management business.

Your expertise
Ideally you would have
• bachelor's degree inputer science, information technology, or a similar field, with more than 12yrs of experience
• demonstrable record in operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
• proven track record in Leading delivery of technical products and services aligning to strategic architecture principle
• prior experience in delivery of business and technology solutions in the financial services domain preferably in Wealth Management business
• extensive experience designing and implementing solutions that are scalable, extensible, performant, secure and highly available using agile frameworks and methodologies
• strong understanding of emerging and cloud technologies
• experience inmunicating with leadership and provenmunication skills to work across technical and business teams;
• proven experience developing enterprise solutions in Java with development expertise in high performance, high availability, high throughout, high capacity, transaction-oriented, distributed system, preferably in a financial environment;
• abilities to be highly resourceful and adaptive to changing priorities, with meticulous attention to detail, superb follow through and follow up skills and ability to manage aplex and diverse workload
• building and sustaining high-performing team(s) managing delivery ofplex products and services aligning to strategic architecture and delivering business value.
