We are hiring a CRM & Marketing Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates who are passionate about marketing operations, CRM management, and data-driven decision-making . The selected candidate will work closely with the CEO , receiving hands-on training in CRM tools and marketing automation .

Key Responsibilities-

CRM Management (HubSpot)-

  • Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM , ensuring data accuracy and seamless integration with marketing and sales processes.
  • Set up and optimize CRM workflows , including lead nurturing, email automation, and segmentation .
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track key marketing and sales performance metrics .
  • Conduct regular CRM audits and clean-ups to ensure data integrity .

Marketing Operations & Email Campaigns-

  • Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns using HubSpot .
  • Segment audiences and personalize email outreach to maximize engagement and conversions .
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates and click-through rates .
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, generating actionable insights .

Market Research & Data Management-

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and target audience insights .
  • Maintain and update marketing databases in Apollo and other CRM tools .
  • Analyze customer data to provide insights that drive marketing strategies .

Administrative & Marketing Support-

  • Support the marketing team in daily operations .
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and organize marketing documentation for easy access and team collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills-

  • MBA (Mandatory) with a focus on Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields .
  • Eager to learn and work with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot (training provided).
  • Familiarity with Apollo, Zapier, and Mailchimp is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data management and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work closely with the CEO , who will provide direct training on CRM tools and marketing automation .
