Role Overview
: As
General Manager
, you will be at the helm of this Banquets led distinguished property, driving operational excellence, maintaining the highest standards of service, and upholding the hotel's legacy. This is an opportunity to shape memorable guest journeys while leading a talented team to attain desired levels of Profitability.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and manage a Hotel with
70 Rooms
in Tier 2 City of U.P with rich Cultural Heritage within close proximity to Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a
strong track record of success in Food and Beverage / Catering

and have 2-3 years of Unit Head experience in similar Tier 2 locations, preferably in U.P

Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Experience Excellence:
    Ensure the highest standard of personalized services, creating memorable experiences for each guest.
  2. Team Leadership:
    Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
  3. Ability to drive guest experience, revenue growth, and operational excellence
  4. Relationship Building:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  5. Financial Management:
    Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience :

  • IHM/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 12-15 years experience in reputed Banquets Oriented Hotels
  • Have
    past Hotel Manager/GM experience in Tier 2 Cities in North India.
  • Strong F&B and Catering expertise
    , ensuring excellence in dining experiences
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach.
  • Financial acumen and proficiency in budget management.
