Factory Lead – Batch Manufacturing (Functional Food Unit)Location:Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience:4–7 years About the Role Charyas is building a next-generation modular food-tech factory for functional nutrition bars and gut-friendly snacks. We’re looking for ahands-on Factory Leadto run daily batch manufacturing with precision, hygiene, and speed. You’ll lead a small, agile team operating aroaster → mixer → extruder → cooling → packingline designed for quick product changeovers and continuous innovation. What You’ll Do Execute daily batch production as per formulation sheets & SOPs. Operate and supervise roaster, mixer, extruder, and flow-wrap machines. Plan manpower and materials, ensuring line hygiene and GMP compliance. Coordinate with R&D and QA for trials, first-batch approvals, and scale-ups. Maintain production records, yields, and daily MIS. Troubleshoot process issues and drive efficiency improvements on the floor. Who You Are Diploma or B.Tech in Food Technology / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering. 4–7 years of experience in food, snack, or nutraceutical batch manufacturing. Strong practical knowledge of mixing, extrusion, or bar lines. Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable in small, fast-moving teams.
