About the Role

M/s Sai Interiors is looking to hire a proactive and responsible Engineer who can take ownership of site execution, coordination, and daily project activities across multiple interior contracting sites.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

  • Read and interpret interior design and civil drawings
  • Supervise carpentry and other manpower at the site to ensure quality and timelines
  • Ensure site work is progressing as per design and instructions

Factory & Site Coordination

  • Coordinate daily between factory and project sites for material dispatch, labour allocation, and installation requirements
  • Track and update material movement and site readiness

Multi-Site Contractor Management

  • Plan and monitor activities at multiple residential and commercial project sites
  • Ensure effective communication with subcontractors, clients, and vendors

Commercial Support

  • Assist in preparing BOQs, quotations, and project billing
  • Maintain documentation related to work progress and client approvals

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Interior, or related field
  • 13 years of experience in site execution or interior contracting preferred
  • Basic understanding of drawings, measurements, and BOQs
  • Good communication, multitasking, and follow-up skills
  • Must be comfortable coordinating on WhatsApp/Calls and visiting multiple sites across Mumbai
