Job Description RFP Solution Architect: Position Overview The RFP Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in the business development process of an organization bridging the gap between technical expertise and client needs This individual is responsible for leading the solution design aspect of Request for Proposal RFP responses ensuring solutions are innovative competitive feasible and aligned with both client requirements and organizational capabilities The RFP Solution Architect works closely with cross functional teams including sales presales engineering delivery and legalto craft compelling and viable technical and business solutions that drive business growth Key Responsibilities Solution Design and Architecture Analyze RFP documents to extract business technical and functional requirements Design endtoend solutions that address client needs leverage existing assets and differentiate the organization from competitors Develop comprehensive technical architectures roadmaps and blueprints tailored to RFP specifications Ensure solution scalability security and compliance with industry standards Present solution architectures to internal and external stakeholders adapting level of detail as appropriate RFP Response Leadership Lead the technical workstream for RFP response teams coordinating input from subject matter experts and stakeholders Work with proposal managers to balance technical content with persuasive business narratives Own the creation review and delivery of the solution sections of proposals including executive summaries solution overviews diagrams and technical appendices Participate in bidnobid decisions providing insights into technical feasibility and risks Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with sales business development and
