Job Responsibility:


 Creating architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

 Developing and presenting design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback, and making necessary revisions.

 Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and construction teams to ensure the feasibility and integrity of architectural designs.

 Researching and staying updated on building codes, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and incorporate innovative approaches.

 Preparing detailed project specifications, including materials, finishes, and construction methods.

 Reviewing and evaluating contractor bids and participate in the selection process.

 Overseeing and providing guidance during the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications and resolve any issues that may arise.

 Conducting on-site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with architectural plans.

 Coordinating with other professionals, such as interior designers and landscape architects, to integrate their work into the overall design.

 Mentoring and provide guidance to junior architects and architectural staff.


Qualifications:


 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.

 At least (3-5 Years) Experience of professional experience in architect firm in Kolkata.

 Exceptional design and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent communication skill in Bengali and English.

 Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
