We are seeking applications for Project Incharge for our Project at Pune East and West:


Job Summary - Overall Incharge of all Construction activities at a particular site/ Project and ensure that work is executed as per approved Design. Timely completion of project as per schedule, compliance of quality and safety standards, stores managment and re-conciliation of material receipts and consumption. Managing the project, accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints of the project.responsibilities for outcome (success or failure) of the project, capable of planning, controlling and monitoring and also managing and directing the assigned project resources to best meet project objectives.


Job Description:

  • Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with stakeholders to establish project goals and objectives
  • manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and cost-effectiveness. Monitor expenses, track costs, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials required for construction projects. Procure necessary resources and ensure timely delivery to the construction site.
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders. Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative working environment.
  • Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure that construction work meets regulatory standards, specifications, and client expectations. Conduct inspections and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays. Anticipate challenges and implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Site Logistics: Directions towards site layout & land usage, storage and facility plans including mobilisation detailing.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors. Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure the contractors are performing to the optimal level at site, adhering compliance with contractual agreements and resolve any disputes that may arise during the construction process.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on the construction site. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety violations promptly.
  • Ensure work progress as per the approved work schedule, anticipate challenges & find solutions in consultation with Manager.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports. Generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders to review project performance and outcomes.


Qualification & Experience:

  • BE Civil- Post Graduate qualification in Construction Management preferred.
  • Technicaland Managerial Skills needed for Construction Management .
  • Skill in Handling people and team development.
  • 16 yrs+ in site construction Management of Residential and Commercial Buildings. Should have handled a project from excavation to handover.
