Job Description We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager (International Sales) to lead our global sales operations for pneumatic tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving international revenue growth, expanding our market presence, building strong customer relationships, and guiding the sales team toward achieving strategic targets across global markets. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the international sales team. Develop and execute global sales strategies and market expansion plans. Oversee inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order processing. Build and strengthen relationships with international distributors and key accounts. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth order execution. Monitor KPIs and mentor the team for improved performance. Ensure accuracy in documentation and adherence to export compliance. Handle major negotiations and high-value clients. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 5–10 years of experience in international sales or trading, preferably in industrial, pneumatic, or engineering products . Strong understanding of international market dynamics, pricing, and export procedures. Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in managing key accounts and handling large-value deals. Ability to coordinate with internal departments like procurement, logistics, and warehouse. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and documentation related to exports. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
