About this role: The primary responsibility of this role is to manage end-to-end recruitment activities to meet hiring targets within specified timelines. The ideal candidate should bring innovation to the sourcing process, maintain strong communication with stakeholders, and stay updated on current market trends and recruitment strategies to ensure the successful execution of the hiring cycle.
What you will do as a (Recruiter)
Understanding Hiring Requirements
Work with hiring managers to define job roles and ideal candidate profiles.
Create and update job descriptions.
Sourcing Candidates
Use job portals, social media (LinkedIn), internal databases, and referrals.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies or consultants, if needed.
Screening & Shortlisting
Review resumes and applications.
Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with hiring managers or interview panels.
Communicate interview details with candidates and follow up on outcomes.
Candidate Engagement
Keep candidates informed at each stage.
Build relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Selection and Offer Management
Assist in decision-making for candidate selection.
- Prepare and negotiate job offers.
Coordinate pre-employment checks and background verification.
Onboarding Support
Ensure smooth transition from acceptance to joining.
Skillset & Qualifications:
- MBA (preferred) from a reputed institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Passionate about recruitment and delivering results.
- Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented with a go-getter attitude.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary provided : 15,000 to 25,000 per month (Work from Office), Kindly apply only if you are interested.
