The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, strong scripting and integration skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Key Responsibilities- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules (e.g., ITSM).- Develop and maintain catalog items, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.- Implement Service Portal and user-friendly interfaces aligned with business needs.- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and integration hub.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.- Maintain system stability through troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching.- Support ServiceNow platform administration, including roles, ACLs, and performance optimization.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and support guides.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules and configurations.- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AngularJS (for Service Portal), and server/client scripting.- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and MID Server.- Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management practices.- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) preferred.
