We’re seeking a visionary professional with a sharp eye for set design, styling, and aesthetics, paired with a strong passion for the world of fashion. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with production and shoots, a multitasker who can thrive in the fast-paced life of a busy influencer, and someone ready to bring creative direction to life with impeccable attention to detail then this role is your canvas to innovate and inspire.

Responsibilities:

Shoot Management:Plan and execute shoots, ensuring seamless coordination with photographers, videographers, stylists, and other team members.Oversee set design, curating visually striking backdrops, props, and styling elements that align with the brand's aesthetic and creative vision.Scout and secure shoot locations, manage logistics, and oversee on-set activities.Ensure quality and creative alignment with Masoom Minawala's brand.Sourcing & Styling:Source outfits and products for all organic campaigns and brand collaborations.Manage vendor and designer relationships to acquire unique and trending pieces.Assist with styling and curating looks for shoots, events, and travel content.Ensuring timely delivery and return by coordinating with admin teamCollaboration & Coordination:Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth execution of projects.Assist in developing creative ideas and concepts aligned with the brand's vision.Maintain budgets, timelines, and deliverables across shoots and sourcing activities.

What we are looking for:3+ years of experience in a production or sourcing role, ideally in fashion or creative industries.Strong organizational and project management skills.Experience in coordinating shoots and managing logistics.Strong communication skills and the ability to manage external relationships.Sharp eye for set design, styling, and aesthetics, paired with a strong passion for the world of fashion
