three years of on-field
sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching our SAAS platform to real estate agents and channel partners, generating revenue through offline sales. You will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:·
Identify and target potential real estate agents and channel partners to promote and sell LeapX’s SAAS platform.·
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.·
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our platform.·
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives through effective sales strategies and activities.·
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.·
Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.·
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
Qualifications:·
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field: MBA will be preferred·
Minimum of three years of on-field sales experience, preferably in the real estate or SAAS industry.·
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.·
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.·
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.·
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.·
Proficient in using CRM software ( like Zoho, Pipedrive) and other sales tools.
Knowledge of the real estate market in Gurgaon and surrounding areas is a plus.
