Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our team. As part of a small, fast-paced team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our AI-driven products from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build innovative, user-centric AI products .
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other Engineers to gather requirements, shape the development process, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Implement strategies for model optimisation, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Continuously monitor and enhance the scalability and robustness of deployed AI solutions .
- AI Ethics and Governance: Uphold AI ethics, ensure data privacy, and comply with relevant regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI/ML engineering , with a strong focus on application development.
- Hands-on experience with large language models and other generative AI technologies.
- Some experience in building and deploying RAG-based applications .
- Strong knowledge of data pipelines, including ETL processes and data transformation .
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools ( Docker, Kubernetes ).
- An appreciation for structured processes and technical rigour
- Passion for putting the customer first in everything they do.
- A natural problem solver with a product mindset who values creating solutions that have a direct customer impact
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, with a bias for action and strong ownership of their work.
