Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent that aligns with our brand values and business goals, contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition & Management: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.- Brand Ambassador: Represent Astha Group as an employer of choice in the industry, enhancing our employer brand through various channels and networks.- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle, maintaining high engagement and communication.- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and practices.- Process Improvement: Continuously improve the recruitment process, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 4-7 years of recruitment experience.- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and candidate selection processes.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.- Proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms for talent acquisition.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
