Details About opportunity


People in the Sales team track grow pipeline and sales by supporting, managing or leading the origination and/or closing of sales opportunities in a specific area or across a range of the VR Superstore offerings. They progress by deepening sales skills and/or developing new related skills, growing into a more complex sales role, laterally, upward, or in their current role.


Sales professionals drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through deal origination, sales negotiations and closure. These professionals involve multiple activities like targeting the right clients, growing quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value.


What You Will Do


Sales Campaign Management:


  • Manage sales campaigns for top opportunities in the VR and 3D printing technology domain.
  • Responsible for day-to-day campaign management, including opportunity qualification, win strategy definition and execution, proposal development, presentation, and support of contract negotiations.


Corporate Strategy Application:


  • Apply corporate strategies, client service group priorities, and formal sales campaign management processes.
  • Secure new contracts and deliver sales that meet or exceed financial goals within acceptable risk parameters.


Key Responsibilities


  • Sales Development: Develop, validate, qualify, and close sales opportunities.


  • Problem Solving: Provide solutions to complex business problems, requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.


  • Negotiation: Negotiate or influence significant matters.


  • Brand Champion: Fully understand and promote the features and benefits of our VR Headset and 3D printers.


  • Consumer Engagement: Increase consumer sales through proactive engagement and demonstrations.


  • Retail Engagement: Engage retail sales associates to create excitement and increase recommendation rates.


  • Display Management: Maintain product displays and functionality in stores.


  • Market Intelligence: Report on and gather market intelligence regarding the program and retail marketing environment.


  • Sales Goals: Achieve revenue per hour goals and consistently meet sales and program objectives.


  • Professional Representation: Display a professional demeanor while representing our solutions.


  • Responsive Communication: Respond to supervisor requests and correspondence in a timely manner.


Education and Experience


  • Degree: MBA/BE/B.com/BBA degree with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Customer Service or Sales Promotion: Extensive experience in retail preferred.
  • Consumer Electronics: Extensive background in the retail environment preferred.

  • Language: Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
