Role:The incumbent is responsible for designing and implementing clear M&E plans for existing and new campaigns and projects across thematic areas. The Manager will design, supervise, mentor senior executives in executing M&E plans on the ground and will be a data manager for all the projects. He/she will establish productive relationships with project teams and other important stakeholders inside the organization in ensuring deliverables are met in transparent, quality, and timely manner.

Responsibilities:a. Review secondary literature, create review documents, design, and undertake needs assessment studiesb. Design, execute and report on baseline, midline, endline and impact assessment studiesc. Capacity building of the M&E team and external data collection agency teams on evaluation parametersd. Present the monitoring and evaluation findings to the internal and external stakeholders in terms of briefs, reports, presentations and dashboards.e. Advance use of technology in M&E and build M&E and project team competenciesf. Identify and train external data collection agenciesg. Participate in all the team cadences and provide continuous support and guidance for the implementation team to execute the projects with qualityh. Support the project teams in evidence driven proposal writing, share insights from the monitoring datai. Support the resource mobilization team with analyses and documents that will help in pitching projects to the donors and take part in the conversations with potential donors for M&E component explanations as required and when requested.j. Work with the project teams to design clear strategies for monitoring and evaluation and support in the execution of the strategies on the ground.k. Create project specific M&E documents including and not excluding – log frame matrices, MIS, needs assessment, baseline, midline, endline and impact assessment reportsl. Undertake periodical field visits to monitor project progress, provide supportive supervision to the M&E and project teamsm. Keep all project, campaign and vertical specific activity and output data up to date and present as and when needed using smart infographicn. Create a repository of all the project, campaign and vertical specific project M&E documents, reports, and evaluationso. Lead the process of designing monitoring and evaluation framework, training and hand holding the senior executives in the monitoring and evaluation team and project execution teamsp. Present the M&E process, project specific findings and evidence to the internal and external stakeholdersq. Help project team internalise the M&E processr. Present M&E contribution in project, vertical and at organisational level in various forumss. Work with other teams in a systematic and data driven manner to effectively showcase the program results.

Educational Qualificationsa. The candidate should be a graduate or postgraduate with 8-10 years of work experience and at least 5 years in practically managing M&E preferably in CSR space.b. The candidate should know English and Hindi and any other regional language (Kannada would be an added advantage).c. The role requires travel so the candidate should be open to travel for work related assignments.
