Candidates with experience in multi-cuisine, continental, Indian, or oriental dishes are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should be creative, disciplined, and have experience working in premium restaurants, cafes, or lounges.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present high-quality dishes as per the restaurant menu.- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.- Assist in menu planning and new dish creation.- Train and guide junior kitchen staff.- Manage food inventory, minimize wastage, and control kitchen costs.- Work closely with the service team for smooth kitchen operations.Requirements:- 2–6 years of experience as a Chef/CDP/Commis in reputed restaurants or lounges.- Strong knowledge of at least one cuisine (Continental, Indian, or Oriental).- Ability to work under pressure and deliver during peak hours.- Team player with good communication and leadership skills.- Preference will be given to candidates with lounge or bar experience.Location: Meerut, Uttar PradeshBrand: Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar
