Job Role and Responsibilities:

Ensuring true and fair presentation of Financial Statements in accordance with the applicable Reporting Standards (Ind AS), Generally Accepted Accounting Practices in India and Companies Act, 2013 and other relevant accounting bodies and also Enable Holding Company in consolidation of financial statements at Group level.Review of operation controlsTracking expenses and Ind as adjustmentsMaintaining intercompany transactions and balancesAnalyzing and running balance sheet reconciliationsValuations as per Ind AS / Indian accounting standardsSupport in managing seamless statutory audit.Analysis of the major contributing items in profit& loss statement and Assets and Liabilities, understanding and verifying the deviations as compared to budget.Monthly and periodic reporting to the share holders and lenders.
