What we are looking for
Must-Have**
Key Responsibilities:
Should have Performance Tuning
Gather client’s requirements, business process analysis and sign of e-Business features and functionality for a portfolio of various businesses.
Lead junior consultants and client staff through engagements, support the development of subject matter expertise, thought leadership, and strategic capability by delivering a wide range of customer management solutions.
Ability to get over the basics of data analysis, stakeholder management, and business communication.
Performing end-to-end cross-discipline leadership throughout the software development lifecycle. Accountable for on-time, high-quality software project deliveries, including Analysis, Design, Development, and Quality Assurance.
Expertise in using, designing, and charting out approval principles, work processes, and security on Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Flexible enough to adapt to any business environment and be effective in making strategic decisions and plans to be followed.
Well-versed with common platforms like MS word, PowerPoint, Excel, Vision, Project experience in executing the platform of Salesforce CRM through the Software Development Lifecycle
Knowledge and Expertise:
At least 4-12 years of IT experience in SFDC Solution Architect
Salesforce LWC, Apex, Aura, Batch and Triggers
Experience programming with Force.com.
Experience with LWC & JavaScript
Certified Platform Developer I
Experience with developer tools such as git and SFDC, Experience with Flows & Integration
Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST)
Experience in designing and implementing SFDC cross-organization along with cross-instance integrations in support of multiple business process environments.
Knowledge on CI/CD
Person Specification:
Highly confident with providing support to users
Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers
Solves complex problems with creative solutions
Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
