As a Senior Salesforce Architect, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for designing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guide the technical implementation, and ensure the overall architectural integrity of Salesforce applications.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop comprehensive technical strategies and implementation roadmaps for Salesforce projects.
Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain the highest standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce innovations and propose enhancements that drive business value.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions across various industries.
Deep expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Extensive experience with Salesforce security models, integration patterns, and data architecture.
Strong understanding of system architecture principles, including SOA, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.
Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor less experienced team members.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Flexibility to work in the EST time zone, including availability for night shifts as required.
