Company: CottonkingLocation: Prabhat Road, Pune (Work from Office)About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with strong experience in Tally and Excel. The role involves performing day-to-day accounting, reconciliation, and managing financial records. The ideal candidate should have good analytical skills and the ability to handle accounting tasks independently.Key Responsibilities:- Handle daily accounting entries in Tally.- Perform bank reconciliation, vendor & customer reconciliation regularly.- Maintain and update sales, purchase, expense, and payment records.- Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and ledger accounts.- Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and financial reports as required.- Assist in monthly closing and audit preparation.- Work closely with the finance team for reporting and compliance requirements.- Use Excel for MIS reports, data analysis, and reconciliations.Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime (mandatory).- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.).Job Details:- Experience: 2 to 3 years of accounting experience.- Education: M.Com or equivalent qualification.- Good understanding of reconciliation, accounting principles, and ledgers.- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.- Must be comfortable with a Work from Office role.Job Details:- Location: Prabhat Road, Pune- Work Type: Full-time, Work from Office- Experience Level: 2–3 Years- Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)Why Join Us:- Opportunity to work with a stable and reputed brand.- Exposure to end-to-end accounting and reconciliation processes.- Supportive and growth-oriented work environment.
