Position Overview The Accounts Executive will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting activities, and supporting project-level financial operations. This role requires hands-on experience in construction-related accounting , vendor management, and coordination with site and head office teams. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting transactions , data entry, and record-keeping. Prepare and maintain vouchers, ledgers, purchase orders, and payment records . Manage vendor bills, petty cash, and site expense tracking . Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and project expenditures . Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings under the supervision of senior accounts staff. Support monthly closing, journal entries, and reporting . Coordinate with project managers for expense verification and budget tracking. Maintain digital and physical documentation for audits and compliance. Requirements Required Skills Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping. Experience with Tally ERP or similar accounting software. Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets . Familiarity with GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation processes . Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability. Qualifications B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or Finance . 2–3 years of experience in accounting within the construction or contracting industry preferred.
