Greetings from TCS TCS Chennai/Gurgaon/Bangalore Hiring for Business Analyst(Corporate Lending(CLOS)) Role: Business Analyst(Corporate Lending(CLOS)) Experience required: 5 to 15 years Location:- Bangalore/Chennai/Gurgaon Required Technical skill Set:- Have strong functional background and understanding of banking products Implementation. Have 5 – 15 years of experience in Credit Lending / Credit Risk / Banking and Loan Origination process. Working knowledge of SQL for Data analysis. Documentation Skills (Requirement Analysis + Solution Detailing & Specification writing). Experience in Agile to work in Developers and achieve sprint goals. Handling customer and Business users to understand requirements and discuss solution. Should be able to work with Interface teams / Fintech providers. Should have knowledge of UML Diagrams and Notations. Should have knowledge of preparing BRD,FSD and ISD. Should be able to capture Non Functional Requirements inclusive of performance / SLA related. MUST HAVE:- Knowledge of Credit Lending / Credit Risk / Banking and Loan Origination process. Willing to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holding Good analytical abilities Good Communication skills Good Documentation Skills. Must have worked on BRD / FSD creation. Should have skills in creating Interface Specification Document(ISD). Good Customer handling Skills. Should have good understanding of SQL for data analysis. Roles and Responsibilities:- Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.e. Banking and/ or payments) would be an added advantage Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is MUST Identifies critical risks and classifies their based criticality and work towards the Sprint goals. Coordinates with Developers to achieve Sprint goals. Provide review on critical dependencies on the program (from a functional perspective) Monitor the gaps and make the right escalation to stakeholders. Should be able to understand technical architecture at a high level.
