Ather Energy is on an exciting growth trajectory as we emerge as the face of Electric Vehicles in India. Having conquered the tricky zero to one phase, we are now on our 1 to 10x phase. This means more products that we have built and delivered to customers across India. As the demand grows exponentially, we will be scaling our Development, production and manufacturing capabilities at a faster rate to deliver quality and value to our customers. A place where changes are frequent and constant, Enterprise Planning is a critical and strategic team that requires us to create high efficiency and speed of execution throughout the entire stream of value generation. We are looking for planning leaders to work across the verticals and horizontals to streamline the efforts with the highest efficiency. 

What you’ll do at Ather:

  • Engage with Program managers to evaluate the stitched up plans for various projects within and across the various verticals.

  • Plan activities for various developmental projects across Product delivery to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing resources and maintaining high levels of quality

  • Ensure visibility of short-term and long-terms risks, drive the planning of risk mitigation activities

  • Provide long-term directions to various stakeholders and functions based on the business requirements of the organization

  • Determine Development timelines, Internal and External Risks, Mitigation plans required to ensure the process is efficient and effective to achieve the target dates.

  • Engage effectively with the stakeholders to create and highlight bottlenecks with the Timelines in line with company targets.

  • Engage effectively with the product line stakeholders to identify, evaluate and provide mitigation plans for various risks both external and internal.

  • Attend various reviews/meetings on Project status and Planning. Contribute to optimize the plans stated by Program Managers and highlight any interdependence or shortcomings.

  • Identify and highlight any shortcoming in the approved plans with respect to resources available to execute the plans through loading charts and rundown charts.


Here’s what we are looking for: 

  • Experience in Strategic planning and Project Planning principles

  • Understanding of SWOT analysis and Risk management principles

  • Experience in basic concepts of Development, Operations and Marketing principles.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage, negotiate with, and manage key stakeholders

  • B.E/M. E in Mechanical Engineering/Embedded Systems/Software

  • 3-6  years of experience in Execution & Planning
