The company aims to bring across top-quality eBikes which would currently cost way more in the Indian market at an affordable price utilizing its local sourcing and manufacturing capabilities.

Having grown from a team of 5 to 150+ across the globe, from a small garage to offices across 15 countries and clocking in INR 300+ Cr revenue in first three years of operations. Key Responsibilities :

Production Planning :

  • Develop and manage comprehensive production plans in alignment with sales forecasts and market demand.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure production schedules are achievable and resources are allocated efficiently.

Demand Forecasting :

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather insights and create accurate demand forecasts.
  • Adjust plans as necessary to account for shifts in demand, seasonal trends, or changes in product offerings.

Inventory Management :

  • Collaborate with Procurement to ensure optimal inventory levels to meet production requirements while minimizing excess stock or shortages.
  • Monitor and control inventory flows, including raw materials, components, and finished goods.

Supply Chain Coordination :

  • Work closely with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials needed for production.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks that could impact production timelines or costs.

Capacity Planning for short term and long term:

  • Evaluate the capacity of production facilities and resources, ensuring that they are sufficient to meet current and future demands.
  • Develop contingency plans to handle unexpected changes in capacity or production demands.

Process Improvement :

  • Identify areas for improvement within the planning process and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve forecasting accuracy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Act as a liaison between production, procurement, logistics, sales, and other key departments to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
  • Facilitate clear communication across teams to keep all stakeholders informed of planning activities and potential challenges.

Performance Tracking & Reporting :

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production planning, inventory levels, and supply chain efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, offering insights on planning performance and areas for improvement.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and inventory management.
  • Proficiency with planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of the electric vehicle industry or related automotive sectors is a plus.
