Role : Process Executive / Senior Process Executive Experience : Process Executive: Fresher Location : Noida Job Type : Full-time Qualification : Any Graduate Responsibilities : Provide expert support to underwriters in assessing risks and making informed decisions related to personal insurance applications Process insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Maintain detailed records of underwriting decisions, policy changes, and correspondence with agents and policyholders Work closely with underwriters, agents, claims departments, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient policy servicing Manage the lifecycle of insurance policies from issuance to renewal, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and timely Analyze policy data and trends to identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness Requirements Requirements: : Good domain knowledge in Property and Casualty Insurance, especially in Personal line, property, homes, auto, valuables Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Must be able to walk-in for an F2F interview or appear for a virtual interview in Chennai and Noida as and when required We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the insurance industry and possess the necessary skills to excel in this role.
