Job Title: Senior Process Executive (SPE) Domain : P & C Insurance operations (Guidewire withclaims) Experience : Min 2+ Yr for SPE Shift : US Shift / 5 Days / WFO / Cab ProvidedNotice Period : 0 to 30 days MaxLocation: Noida(Sector 135)Role Overview : We are looking for experienced professionals in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to join our growing team in Noida. The role involves managing end-to-end insurance processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving process improvements.Key Responsibilities :> Process and validate transactions for Property & Casualty Insurance in line with client SLAs.> Review, analyze, and resolve complex insurance cases/policies.> Provide domain expertise and act as an escalation point for critical issues.> Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.> Support new transitions, training, and knowledge sharing across the team.> Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to improve efficiency and accuracy.Requirements :> 2–6 years of experience in P&C Insurance processes.> For SPE: Hands-on experience in P&C operations with strong process knowledge.> Guidewire withclaims experience is mandatoryforProperty and Casualty Insurance.> Candidates should have experience Guidewire with claims both.> Claims background preferably worked onGuidewire .> Excellent communication and analytical skills.> Flexibility to work in US shifts
