Job Description


- Lead Saviynt implementations for medium to large-scale customers across various industries.

- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

- Configure and customize Saviynt to meet specific customer needs, including role-based access control (RBAC), provisioning, access reviews, and entitlements.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of IAM concepts, including Just-in-Time (JIT) provisioning, Just-in-Time (JIT) access, and JML (Java Modeling Language).

- Advise clients on best practices for IAM governance, compliance, and security.

- Implement effective IAM strategies to mitigate risks and protect sensitive data.

- Possess strong technical skills in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, and other scripting languages.

- Have a solid understanding of XML and its role in Saviynt configurations.

- Be proficient in working with LDAP directories and have experience with multiple LDAP implementations.

- Demonstrate expertise in developing workflows, forms, and other Saviynt components.

- Have experience working with application and web servers, such as Tomcat, WebLogic, and WebSphere.

- Lead and manage access review processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Maintain up-to-date Saviynt certifications to stay informed about the latest product features and best practices.

- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business objectives and challenges.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business terms.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the engagement.

- 5-7 years of experience in Saviynt implementation and support.

- Strong technical skills in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, and scripting languages.

- In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts and best practices.

- Experience with LDAP directories and integration with various applications.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions.

- Knowledge of industry-specific compliance frameworks (e.g, HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR).

- Experience with identity federation technologies (e.g, SAML, OAuth)
