We are looking for a committed and passionate IDAM Solution Architect to join our team.


Job Location: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR

Experience- 8 to 13yrs


Mandatory JD:

  • Overall IAM experience of more than 8 to 13 years+ with mandatory presales and consulting experience
  • Excellent documentation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • IAM Connector development background & solution architecting experience is must
  • Solution design experience in Cloud IAM services (IDaaS) – Azure IAM, AWS SSO, Cognito
  • Solutioning & Design experience in following areas:


Any 2 must have skill from below.

  • Identity Governance and Administration - SailPoint/Saviynt/IBM
  • Access Management – SSO & MFA - Okta/Ping/IBM/Oracle/ForgeRock
  • Privileged Access Management - CyberArk/Arcon/Beyond Trust/ Delinea
  • Consumer Identity and Access Management --- Okta/ForgeRock/Ping/Azure AD


Technologies experience for the below tools desired

  • IAM Suites of SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Ping, Beyond Trust and any other market leading IAM Suites.
  • Role & Entitlement Management
  • Enterprise & Mobile SSO
  • Virtual Directory, LDAP, AD, Azure AD
  • OAUTH, OpenID Connect, SAML
  • XACML, JSON, REST, SOAP


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: The IAM Presales Solution Architect is responsible for creating and designing technical solutions for clients that meet their business requirements. They should be able to work with sales teams and clients to understand their needs and come up with a solution that is efficient, secure and scalable.
  • Technical Expertise: The IAM Presales Solution Architect should have a deep understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts, technologies, and solutions. They should be able to work with different IAM vendors and products and have the technical expertise to recommend the best solutions to clients.
  • Pre-sales Support: The IAM Presales Solution Architect provides pre-sales support to the sales team by participating in client meetings, presenting solutions, and answering technical questions. They should be able to articulate complex technical concepts to clients in a simple and understandable manner.
  • Proposal Creation: The IAM Presales Solution Architect is responsible for creating technical proposals that include the solution design, implementation plan, and estimated costs. They should be able to work with different teams to ensure that the proposal meets the client's requirements and is competitive.
  • Technical Demos: The IAM Presales Solution Architect should be able to demonstrate the capabilities of IAM solutions to clients through technical demos. They should be able to explain how the solution works and how it can address the client's needs.
  • Project Delivery: The IAM Presales Solution Architect should be able to work with the delivery team to ensure that the solution is implemented as designed and that it meets the client's requirements. They should be able to provide technical guidance and support to the delivery team throughout the project.
  • Industry Knowledge: The IAM Presales Solution Architect should be up to date with industry trends, standards, and best practices. They should be able to provide recommendations on how clients can improve their IAM strategies and help them stay ahead of the competition.
  • Communication Skills: The IAM Presales Solution Architect should have excellent communication skills to work with clients, sales teams, and delivery teams. They should be able to communicate technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner and be able to work in a team environment.
