Job Title: Director Learning Architect /Knowledge ManagementLocation: Hyderabad, BangaloreExperience: 15+ YearsDepartment: Learning & Development / Talent TransformationReports To: AVP-Global Talent Management leader- Digital Engineering servicesJob Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Learning Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and execution of enterprise-wide learning strategies. This role demands a visionary leader who can build and scale Technology and Domain Academies, drive end-to-end program management, and ensure measurable impact through training effectiveness and ROI analysis.Roles & Responsibilities – AI Expert in Learning & Development1. AI Strategy Execution• Operationalize the AI roadmap defined by the Talent Management Strategy Leader.• Collaborate with HR, L&D, and IT teams to embed AI into talent development initiatives.• Ensure seamless integration of AI tools into existing learning platforms and workflows.2. AI Capabilities Training & Curation• Design and deliver AI capability-building programs for employees, leaders, and HR professionals.• Curate learning paths on topics such as:- Machine Learning & Deep Learning- Generative AI (e.g., Chat GPT, DALL·E)- Natural Language Processing (NLP)- Responsible and Ethical AI• Customize training for different proficiency levels: foundational, intermediate, and advanced.3. Tools Used for AI Learning• Learning Platforms:- Coursera, ed X, Udacity, Data Camp, Linked In Learning• AI Tools & Frameworks:- Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face• Interactive Learning:- Jupyter Notebooks, Google Colab• Internal Platforms:- LMS/LXP systems (e.g., Degreed, Ed Cast, Cornerstone)- Seek Out for talent intelligence and skill mapping• Assessment & Simulation Tools:- SHL, Codility, Hacker Rank (for AI skill validation)4. Continuous Learning & Technology Scouting• Stay updated on emerging AI trends, tools, and applications through:- Industry journals, conferences, webinars- AI research papers and Git Hub repositories- Collaboration with academic and tech communities• Maintain a curated repository of AI innovations relevant to talent development.5. KPIs for AI Training Programs• Adoption Metrics:- % of employees enrolled in AI learning programs- Completion rates of AI courses• Capability Metrics:- Pre- and post-training assessment scores- Number of employees certified in AI-related skills• Impact Metrics:- Improvement in productivity or decision-making due to AI literacy- Reduction in time-to-skill for AI-related roles• Engagement Metrics:- Learner satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS)- Repeat participation in advanced AI modules• Strategic Alignment:- Alignment of AI training outcomes with business goals- Contribution to digital transformation initiativesRequired Qualifications:- 15+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a strategic or architectural role.- Strong SME from AI Technology, who can built and scale technology domain academies.- Proven track record of building and scaling academies or capability development frameworks.- Strong program management skills with experience handling large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.- Expertise in learning analytics, ROI measurement, and performance consulting.- Familiarity with digital learning tools, platforms, and emerging L&D technologies.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Certifications in Instructional Design, Program Management and Learning Analytics)- Experience in a global or matrixed organization.- Exposure to Agile learning methodologies and change management practices.- Good to have - AI based technologies certifications
