Company Description Suwiea Pharmaceuticals is a new company born with a vision to create a difference in the daily health supplement world with a new approach. We want to enter into completely new product segments which are unavailable in the Indian market. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing and Quality Manager at Suwiea Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, located in Delhi, India. The business manager will take care of Manufacturing and Quality and will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure it results in high-quality products. Other responsibilities include managing quality control processes, implementing quality management systems, conducting quality assurance activities, and performing quality audits. Additionally, the role involves coordinating supplier quality and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Having overall Pharma and Neutraceutical experience is a must as this role will be the key to developing formulations from scratch as well as develop manufacturing and quality systems. Qualifications Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance Skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing Experience with Supplier Quality management Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong leadership and team management skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred Bachelor's/masters degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
