Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management Systems:Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and regulations.Establish quality policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS through regular audits and assessments.Quality Assurance:Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that products meet customer requirements and specifications.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent quality issues.Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to ensure that quality requirements are incorporated into the design and development process.Quality Control:Oversee quality control activities, including inspection, testing, and validation of products and processes.Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to identify and address deviations from quality standards.Investigate and resolve quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances in a timely manner.Continuous Improvement:Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes of quality issues.Regulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and certifications.Stay up-to-date on changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Coordinate with regulatory affairs and compliance teams to ensure timely submission of regulatory filings and approvals.Training and Development:Provide training and support to employees on quality standards, procedures, and tools.Foster a culture of quality and accountability throughout the organization.Encourage employee involvement in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in quality assurance within the IT or software development sector.Comprehensive knowledge of software quality assurance techniques, tools, and platforms.Experience leading audit and compliance teams, and overseeing IT certification and compliance procedures.In-depth knowledge of testing frameworks for functional and performance testing.
