Job Title: Specialist / Sr. Specialist - Field Marketing
Position Purpose: As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the success of our B2B SaaS HRMS solutions in the dynamic Indian market. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive field marketing strategies, including impactful events, targeted campaigns, and regional market research.
Preferred Functional Knowledge:
Field Marketing Strategy: Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Event Management: Expertise in planning, coordinating, and executing regional events, conferences, trade shows, and seminars.
Market Research: Strong analytical skills with experience in conducting local market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Sales Collaboration: Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively with sales teams to support and align marketing activities for lead generation and pipeline growth.
Content Development: Excellent content creation skills with the ability to develop compelling, region-specific marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Lead Generation Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement field marketing strategies for lead generation.
Event Planning and Management: Plan and coordinate regional events, conferences, trade shows, and seminars. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including budgeting and vendor coordination.
Local Market Research: Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align field marketing activities with lead generation goals. Provide sales enablement materials and support.
Content Development: Create compelling, region-specific content for marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
Digital and Social Media Engagement: Leverage digital and social media platforms to amplify the reach of field marketing activities and engage with online communities.
ROI Measurement and Reporting: Implement tracking mechanisms and dashboards to measure the success of field marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Adaptation and Optimization: Adapt strategies based on performance insights and changing market dynamics. Optimize marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Customer Engagement: Foster relationships with prospects and customers through effective marketing initiatives.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in B2B SaaS field marketing.
Travel: Willingness to travel within the region as required for event attendance and market engagement.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 3 to 4 years of proven experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Active Campaign, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Membrane).
Willingness to travel extensively within the region as required.
