We are seeking a talented individual to join our client Xtranet Technologies Private Limited as a Data Analyst.

Overview :

The role of the Data Analyst, also referred to as a Data Scientist, is crucial in analyzing intricate data sets to offer valuable insights, steer decision-making, and bolster strategic planning within the organization.

This position is vital in recognizing trends, patterns, and correlations to inform business strategies and enhance operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities :


- Acquire and interpret data from diverse sources.

- Formulate algorithms and predictive models.

- Conduct statistical analysis and produce reports.

- Create data visualizations and dashboards.

- Identify patterns and trends in data sets.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to comprehend data requirements.

- Support data-driven decision-making processes.

- Enhance data collection and analysis procedures.

- Implement machine learning techniques for data analysis.

- Recognize and resolve data quality issues.

- Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.

- Contribute to the formulation of data-driven strategies.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in data analysis.

- Contribute to the development of data governance policies.

- Identify opportunities for process enhancements.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and interpretation.

- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling.

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.

- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.

- Capability to work with large data sets and databases.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Knowledge of data mining and data transformation techniques.

- Relevant certifications in data analysis and data science.
