Strategic Business Analyst

At Arbelos Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand their needs and document detailed business requirements.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that will inform strategic business decisions.
• Develop and document business process models that illustrate both current and future states to enhance understanding and communication.
• Propose and design technical and process solutions that effectively address business needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement solutions, ensuring they align with overarching business goals.
• Effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and implemented solutions.
• Participate in the testing and validation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet established business requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in data analysis and business process modeling.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and software development processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
