Job description

The candidate will be Configuring the Products at Server & Application level & ultimately addressing

customer requests and helping the team on a day-to-day activity. In addition, the candidate will be

making sure all prerequisite checkpoints before the product go live and subsequent requests

Responsibilities

 Configuring the Server

 Configuration of Applications

 Addressing Vulnerability assessment Points shared by the clients

 Debugging of Logs

 Proficiency in writing SQL Queries

 Data Extraction from various systems

 Finding the root cause and providing solutions to client issues.

 Proactively coordinate with the product team to come up with fixes

 Documenting error reports and monitoring performance metrics

 Configure product features, users, and user access as per client requirements.

 Monitor production environment in its performance and stability

 Install the required tools and software.

 Proficiency in remote desktop and helpdesk software

Must Have skills:

 Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating system

 Knowledge of Java (Basic Understanding), Shell scripting

 Knowledge of Tomcat , Apache Web server,

 Knowledge of all database (Oracle, MS-SQL, My-SQL etc)

 Clear logical thinking and communication

 Ability to keep calm in high-pressure situations.

 Time-management and multitasking

Qualifications

 B.E. Computer /BCA / MCA or relevant field

 Minimum Experience 1 – 3 years in support profile of any IT Product Base company.
